Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size/weight.

Occasionally, promotional free shipping may be offered (details will be listed on the website when available).
International Shipping

Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees charged by their country.

Delivery times may be longer due to customs processing, which is outside of my control.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please email orders@alexandraayres.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

While refunds are not offered, a replacement may be arranged (subject to availability).
