Thank you for supporting my books and merchandise! This Shipping Policy explains how and when orders are processed and delivered.
 

Order Processing
  • Orders are typically processed within 5 business days of purchase (excluding pre-orders).

  • You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and another once it has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes
  • Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout.

  • Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier.

Shipping Rates
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size/weight.

  • Occasionally, promotional free shipping may be offered (details will be listed on the website when available).

International Shipping
  • International shipping is available to most countries.

  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees charged by their country.

  • Delivery times may be longer due to customs processing, which is outside of my control.

Address Accuracy
  • Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

  • Alexandra Ayres is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages
  • Once an order has shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.

  • Tracking information will be provided where available.

  • If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, please first contact the carrier directly. If you still need help, reach out via orders@alexandraayres.com.

Damaged Items
  • If your order arrives damaged, please email orders@alexandraayres.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

  • While refunds are not offered, a replacement may be arranged (subject to availability).
