  • All purchases made through this website are final.

  • Refunds, returns, and exchanges are not available once an order has been placed.

Physical Products & Shipping
  • Items are shipped to the address provided at checkout.

  • Please ensure your shipping information is accurate. Alexandra Ayres is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

Damaged or Defective Items
  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact orders@alexandraayres.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

  • While refunds are not offered, a replacement may be arranged at the author’s discretion.

Digital Products
  • Digital products (eBooks, downloads, etc.), are non-refundable.
